Chenega’ current Strategic Plan adapts a corporate wide goal of diversification. The plan continues the centricity of government services as a key element of the business core but  sets forth clear qualitative and quantitative goals for investment, directs the organization of a commercial division with defined expectations and goals,  and lays out plans to diversify markets by adding capabilities and attracting new customers. In addition, the Strategic Plan organizes a non-profits division to assist the Corporation in fulfilling it’s other mission of improving the human condition and building social and economic capital.

Chenega has enjoyed great success since adopting its current business model and is now the third largest Alaska Corporation with revenue of over $700 million annually, a $35 million line of credit and more than 3000 employees working on 70 + federal government contracts in 39 states and 12 foreign locations.
