Chenega’ current Strategic Plan adapts a corporate wide goal of diversification. The plan continues the centricity of government services as a key element of the business core but sets forth clear qualitative and quantitative goals for investment, directs the organization of a commercial division with defined expectations and goals, and lays out plans to diversify markets by adding capabilities and attracting new customers. In addition, the Strategic Plan organizes a non-profits division to assist the Corporation in fulfilling it’s other mission of improving the human condition and building social and economic capital.

annually, a $35 million line of credit and more than 3000 employees working on 70 + federal government contracts in 39 states and 12 foreign locations.
