Headquartered in Lorton, VA, Military, Intelligence and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) is a shared services division of Chenega Corporation which provides standard business services to 14 subsidiaries and assists in the management of contracts with a net value over $700 million dollars. The MIOS SBU subsidiaries vary in size and structure from NJVC, LLC and Chenega Federal Systems, LLC, which compete in the Full and Open market, to our 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Nangwik Services, LLC, Chenega Logistics, LLC, Chenega Technical Innovations, LLC, Chenega Applied Solutions, LLC, Chenega Worldwide Support, LLC, Kapsuun Group, LLC, Chenega Decision Sciences, LLC, and Chenega IT Enterprise Services, LLC. These small businesses produce annual revenues ranging from $1M to $60M. We also offer services through our commercial operations: Chenega Europe, LTD, Chenega International Consulting, LLC and Chenega International DMMC. The MIOS SBU provides each company shared support, including Human Resources, Recruiting, Contracting, Purchasing, Quality, Marketing, Administration, Finance & Accounting, Business Development and Security, allowing each company to focus on their customers in their day to day operations. The SBU operates as an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization, documenting proven management processes utilized on current contracts and built on lessons learned. This enhances program management, improves quality assurance and increases operational efficiencies. This ability is augmented by the alignment of the 14 companies in the SBU, which allows for a strong reach-back capability, presenting our customers with proven processes, consistent and constant support and a wealth of institutional knowledge.
