Stewardship & Stability for Coastal Alaska
Since 1994, TCC has supported oil spill prevention and response operations in and around Prince William Sound.
Protecting Prince William Sound: A Shared Responsibility
Tatitlek Chenega Chugach (TCC) is a shareholder-owned joint venture formed by Tatitlek Corporation, Chenega Corporation, and Chugach Alaska Corporation. TCC exists because Alaska learned hard lessons from the Exxon Valdez oil spill. Today, preparedness isn’t an option. TCC’s work helps ensure strong prevention practices and rapid, effective response capability to safeguard Prince William Sound for future generations.
TCC is a strong example of how the ANCSA mission benefits all Alaskans. When Prince William Sound is protected, it supports what sustains our state: our environment, our fisheries, our coastal economies, subsistence traditions, and the Alaskan way of life.
We Don’t Get Second Chances with Our Waters

TCC provides oil spill prevention and response services supporting operations in Valdez and the marine transportation system that connects Alaska’s resources to the world. The work is hands-on, mission-driven, and built on readiness.
This is environmental stewardship in action. Our teams train and operate to prevent incidents and respond immediately when needed, including work such as:
● Response readiness & training
● Boom operations & on-water response
● Oil spill cleanup & shoreline support
● Logistics, maintenance, and operational support
Capability, Maintained Year-Round, by Alaskans
TCC is also a pathway to steady work, skills, and credentials—including roles that can fit different experience levels, from entry-level to highly skilled operators and mechanics.
As a union employer, TCC partners with Alaska’s trade unions to staff positions aligned with major crafts, including Laborers, Teamsters, and Operating Engineers. That means strong training pipelines, recognized skills, and the potential for long-term career growth.
